All work is scheduled in advance, and estimates are provided before services begin.

Estimates and Payments

All pricing is based on the volume and type of materials being removed, along with access conditions at the property. The final price may vary if the actual load size or site conditions differ from the details provided at booking. Payment is due upon job completion by cash, card, or another agreed-upon method unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If a crew has already been dispatched or a dumpster delivered, a cancellation or service fee may apply to cover costs.

Items We Cannot Take

This includes chemicals, fuels, wet paint, asbestos, pressurized tanks, biohazard waste, and any materials restricted by state or federal law.
